Civil Project Manager - Bridge Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Supervise site work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of work performed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with civil projects including bridges and/or highways.
• Experience with concrete and underground utilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
