Paid parking Qualifications 5 years of experience handling business transactions, commercial real estate matters, or a combination of both
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop practical and creative legal strategies
Proven experience managing transactions from initial negotiations through closing
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
Self-motivated professional with sound judgment and a strong commitment to client service excellence
Spanish or additional language proficiency is preferred but not required Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements
Advise clients on business formation and governance matters involving corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships
Represent clients in business acquisitions and sales including asset and stock purchase transactions and due diligence processes
Handle commercial real estate transactions and development matters including contract drafting and review, zoning compliance, and due diligence review
Represent clients in zoning and ordinance compliance matters and other governmental regulatory issues
Draft, review, and negotiate master service agreements, lease agreements, and a variety of general commercial contracts
