We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and will be responsible for representing clients in various legal matters. The Attorney will provide legal advice, draft legal documents, and advocate for clients in court to ensure their rights are protected and interests are represented.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation cases and negotiate settlements
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client cases
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings and trial situations
- Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff to prepare cases
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in laws relevant to practice areas
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation
- Strong understanding of legal principles and court procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Nice to have: Experience with plaintiff cases, trial court procedures, insurance defense, and employment law
