- Represent clients in personal injury cases by providing legal counsel and guidance.
- Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client claims.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Prepare and present cases in court, including jury trials and hearings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and legal procedures.
- Jurisdiction-specific law degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes and settlements.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
