Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice to clients in corporate transactions, securities law, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate governance materials.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare detailed memoranda on various legal issues.
- Participate in the preparation for and conduct of legal proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Manage client relationships and ensure that client objectives and needs are met with the highest level of legal service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on developments in relevant areas of law and provide recommendations for strategic approaches.
- Participate in business development efforts, including client pitches and firm-wide initiatives.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to gain admission.
- 3 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, or complex commercial litigation.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.

Salary : $125,000 - $200,000
