Established (45 years) National Full-Service Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Commercial and Complex Litigation in Marin County
An established national full-service law firm with over 45 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of commercial and complex litigation experience to join its team in Marin County. This is a key role working alongside a highly accomplished trial lawyer on complex commercial, business, employment, intellectual property, and business tort cases.
Offer:
Salary range: $160,000-$200,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in commercial and complex litigation
Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills
California Bar membership in good standing
Proven ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with senior attorneys
Academic credentials from a respected law school preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial and complex litigation from intake through trial or resolution
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle discovery matters
Work closely with a senior trial attorney on strategy development and high-value matters
Advise and represent clients in a wide range of commercial disputes
Contribute to the continued growth of the Northern California litigation practice
