Qualifications
Admission to the California Bar in good standing
5-8 years of experience handling commercial or complex litigation matters
Strong academic credentials from a well-regarded law school
Experience managing cases from inception through resolution
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a growing office environment
Interest in building a long-term litigation practice in Northern California
Responsibilities
Handling complex commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal court
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery with minimal supervision
Taking and defending depositions and participating in motion practice
Assisting with trial preparation and trial proceedings
Collaborating directly with a senior litigation partner on strategy and case development
Communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Supporting the continued growth of the Northern California litigation practice
