Established (50 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney in Santa Monica, CA
An established firm based in Santa Monica, CA with over 50 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join their team onsite. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized attorneys handling Plaintiff litigation, including depositions, trial work, and law and motion practice across a wide variety of plaintiff-side matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $180,000-$240,000 , contingent on experience

Qualifications:
2-4 years of Plaintiff litigation experience
Strong writing and analytical skills are required
Experience with depositions and in-court appearances is required
Prior federal clerkship is a plus but not required
A positive, growth-oriented mindset with strong leadership and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Handle all stages of litigation including pre-filing investigation and client intake
Draft complaints and manage law and motion practice
Conduct and defend depositions
Work with expert witnesses in preparation for trial
Serve as first- or second-chair on bench and jury trials
Assist with appellate matters as needed
