We are seeking a full-time Senior .NET Full Stack Lead Architect for a hybrid role located in Fort Mill, SC, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end .NET-based software solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-departmental teams, leading code review sessions, ensuring system scalability and performance, and driving technical decision-making. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior developers, provide architectural guidance, maintain coding standards, and contribute to software advancement within the organization.
- Proficiency in full-stack software development, including expertise in .NET, C#, and JavaScript frameworks
- Experience in designing and managing architectures for enterprise-scale web applications
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Demonstrated ability in leading code development, reviewing, and establishing best coding practices
- Knowledge of database design and management with experience in SQL Server or other relational databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset
- 8 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Architect, with relevant leadership expertise
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
