Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess change impact, interpret data, and develop clear insights for decision-making.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management to build trust, handle concerns, and drive alignment across teams.
- Proven program management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and track multiple concurrent change initiatives.
- Background in business transformation, including process improvement, organizational change, or large-scale system implementations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with on-site and remote team members.
- Experience with change management frameworks and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or similar) is strongly
Preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in consulting or working within large, complex organizations is an advantage.
