About the Position / Current Initiatives on the Team:
- The Sr. HRIS Analyst will join the People Solutions HR Technology team and will have responsibility for Workday operational and functional support and enhancement implementation. This role will partner with HR COEs, Product, and IT engineering, supporting production issues, data maintenance, user inquiries, new feature testing and implementation, data quality initiatives, and user acceptance testing of major initiatives.

- Role is Focusing on 2 areas, 50/50 split
- Operation support: day to day functional support of workday, answering questions, issue resolution, some operations maintenance, partnering with stakeholders and HR and end users, monitoring ticket queue
- Help with data cleansing initiatives, identifying regular audits to cleanse data
- Helping with implementation of enhancements, testing things that engineering team has developed/configured
- This position is funded from now until EOY, but if they do well they can extend
Must Have Skills / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years relevant work experience
- 3 years hands-on configuration experience with Workday HCM core modules
- 3 years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on Workday operational support and enhancement implementation/testing
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), mass data loads, and data corrections in Workday
- Experience supporting UAT testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience supporting production environments, handling tickets, and resolving operational and data related issues
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, downstream impacts, and data quality management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with business stakeholders at all levels
- Strong writing ability, including strong technical writing ability for system documentation, business requirements, and user training materials

- Need workday expertise, some workday configurations knowledge but they won't be doing the configurations
- They will be putting together job aids and standard operating procedures
- Some validating integration output files, but doesn't expect integration experience
- Looking for configuration experience, and operations support experience
- Looking for experience with EIBs, mass data loads, data corrections
- Someone who has done user acceptance planning, track defects, explain what they're seeing, and collaborate with engineering team on solutions
Nice to Have Skills / Requirements:
- Workday Pro Certifications in Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Reporting, Benefits, Compensation
- From intake call
- Core HCM, then talent performance, then recruiting is order of experience preference
- Hard to find experience in every one, but experience in 1-2 and open to learning, or has fundamental experience is fine
- Experience with Phenom Candidate Sourcing and CRM implementation
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
