Director of CompensationWe’re looking for a Director of Compensation to lead all global compensation and equity programs. This role owns the strategy, governance, and execution of base pay, bonus, job architecture, and equity while partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and People leaders. If you love modeling, market data, and building scalable systems—and can explain complex comp topics without needing a whiteboard—this one’s for you.What You’ll DoLead the design and governance of global compensation programs, including merit, bonus, promotions, and market adjustments.Build and maintain job architecture, leveling frameworks, and competitive salary ranges across geographies.Own all equity programs: grant strategy, sizing models, compliance, and Compensation Committee materials.Drive benchmarking using Radford, Pave, and other market data sources.Lead the implementation and adoption of Pave, ensuring data accuracy and system integration.Partner with Finance on headcount planning, forecasting, and compensation modeling.Provide clear, expert guidance to leaders and HRBPs on compensation decisions.What You Bring10 years of compensation experience with deep expertise in equity programs.Strong analytical skills and fluency in survey methodologies (Radford, APVE) and equity valuation concepts.Experience with comp systems (Pave, HRIS, equity administration platforms).Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.Comfort presenting to executives and Board committees.What Success Looks LikeClean, competitive, scalable comp structures.A well-understood and well-governed equity program.Pave implemented and adopted across the company.Leaders making smarter, more consistent compensation decisions with fewer escalations.
Salary : $210,000 - $215,000
