Cyber Ninja IT, a managed service provider based in Shreveport, Louisiana, is seeking a highly skilled High-Level IT Associate / Senior IT Engineer. This role involves delivering advanced technical support, managing IT infrastructure, implementing cybersecurity measures, and executing client-focused IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to independently diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across diverse client environments, ranging from small law offices to large campus churches and multi-location dealerships. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical excellence and customer service are paramount.

Duties

• Provide senior-level technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Manage and maintain client IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and security systems.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives by implementing best practices, monitoring threats, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Execute and oversee IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and resolutions accurately for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements that enhance client systems’ performance and security.

Skills

• Extensive experience in advanced troubleshooting of complex IT environments across various platforms.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, server management (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Proven expertise in cybersecurity practices including threat detection, firewall management, intrusion prevention, and compliance standards.
• Ability to independently diagnose issues quickly and develop effective solutions without extensive oversight.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients at all levels of technical understanding.
• Project management skills to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security , Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Cisco certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
