I’m Quoc from CYAN OS ,Inc. Our flagship project specializes in Voice AI infrastructure, and we are currently participating in the APAC Stellar Hackathon and Proof Of Ship on Celo/MiniPay, with our fundraising profile publicly listed across major international Web3 tournaments.

Your Mission:
- Build the "vibe", create memes, and manage the social channels (X, Telegram) for this stealth project.
- Coordinate and onboard a network of KOLs/Shillers to blast the launch simultaneously, triggering the trending algorithm on dev.fun.
- Plan viral marketing campaigns (e.g., campaigns showcasing users generating cloned AI-voice clips using our app).
Requirements:
- Deeply understand the Solana degen culture, know exactly how pump.fun/dev.fun mechanics work, and most importantly: be action-driven with zero room for theoretical talk.

- NO UP FRONT CASH: We are not hiring advertising agencies or paying upfront fees. We are looking for strategic partners to co-own this project.
