Cyagen is growing our US marketing team, and we’re looking for a hands‑on, highly organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to run our scientific conference operations and support our field sales team. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all US and EU scientific conferences: booth logistics, shipping, inventory, and deadlines
- Manage marketing materials, collateral, and promotional items
- Support field sales with local events, seminars, and customer visits
- Collaborate with our China‑based marketing team on collateral, timelines, and campaigns
- Maintain organized storage and vendor relationships for printing and promotional items
- Conduct warm inside‑sales follow‑up to nurture leads from conferences and inbound inquiries
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or sales support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and handle logistics end‑to‑end
- Comfortable working onsite daily in Santa Clara
- Bonus: experience in life science, biotech or scientific conferences
