What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Drainage Laborer / Equipment Operator position at Cy Schwieterman Inc.?
We are a family owned farm drainage business looking to hire motivated individuals capable of carrying out labor intensive duties. We complete a full range of drainage and excavation needs for agricultural customers. Job duties include making tile connections, heavy lifting, operating backhoe, operating skid steer, and locating existing drainage systems. Employees are expected to be dependable and able to work outside year round. If you applying as an operator, you will be expected to do your own shoveling work. If you are applying as a laborer, we will give you the opportunity to develop yourself as a backhoe operator. We have competitive wages, a full line of benefits, and paid time off. A class A CDL is helpful in our line of work. If you do not have one, we can assist you in obtaining one. A pre hire drug screen is required as well as a valid drivers license.
