What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hope Center Lead Associate position at Cy-Hope?
Company Description
Cy-Hope, founded in 2011, aims to bridge gaps for children and families in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) in Texas. CFISD is the third largest school district in Texas and the largest non-urban district in the nation, with a diverse student population. Half of over 117,000 students qualify as economically disadvantaged, facing challenges like hunger, mental health issues, and limited access to enriching experiences. Cy-Hope collaborates with community organizations to provide necessary programs and support to these students and families.
Cy-Hope is a nonprofit organization serving under-resourced children and families in the Cy-Fair and Waller areas of Texas. Our mission is to make life better for kids by equipping them with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. We provide a variety of programs, including after-school Hope Centers, STEM education, literacy support, mentorship, summer camps, and community events.
We work closely with local schools, churches, businesses, and volunteers to build strong, lasting connections that impact entire communities. At Cy-Hope, we believe every child deserves a place to feel safe, be inspired, and grow: academically, emotionally, and socially.
Joining our team means being part of something meaningful, where your work creates real change and helps pave the way for a brighter future.
