CY is hiring for Gallery Brand & Digital Experience Coordinator. Co-founded by Cristina Rojas and Yair Mayo, CY is a hybrid creative space featuring a curated selection of crafted objects and furniture. We collaborate with artists to create custom projects and select pieces from renowned names and brands. CY serves as a bridge connecting diverse design styles and sensibilities from multiple decades, envisioning dialogues between objects through time.
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Lima, Peru, in a part-time hybrid capacity. This role sits at the intersection of brand guardianship, digital storytelling, and client experience, ensuring that CY’s identity is expressed with our voice and consistency across all touch points, from our gallery floor to the digital realm.
The Gallery Brand & Digital Experience Coordinator will:
- Uphold and evolve CY’s visual and verbal identity across all channels
- Design and implement refined digital marketing materials, which could include presentations, newsletters, pricing and product sheets that reflect our brand values and aesthetic sensibilities
- Liaise with artists, collectors, and partners to coordinate projects, exhibitions, and bespoke commissions
- Curate and update website content, ensuring the digital presence mirrors the in-gallery experience
- Create engaging, artfully composed social media content that captures CY’s essence
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and promotion of intimate gallery events and activations
Desired Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and content creation for luxury, art, or design-led brands
- Skilled in graphic design and web content management, with a meticulous eye for detail
- Ability to communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism across cultures and disciplines
- Deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design history, and visual culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Art, Design, or related fields preferred
