Cy-Fair Tire is a growing company with multiple locations specializing in passenger and commercial tires. We have been in business since 1979 and have experienced rapid growth over the past decade. We are currently looking for highly motivated people to join our team. As a Counter Sales person you will serve customers, create work orders, and bill service tickets.
Basic Duties:
· Receive incoming calls
· Assist customers visiting the store
· Resolve service issues and follow up as necessary with customers and employees
· Enter service tickets, price and finalize for invoicing
· Accounts receivable collections
· Quote customers over the phone and in person
· Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Positive attitude
Ability to problem solve
Experience with Microsoft Office—Outlook, Excel and Word
Computer data base processing experience
