We’re looking for an expert Accountant who can take ownership of complex, multi-entity books and ensure a smooth transition into our ERP environment. This role will lead the cleanup of newly acquired companies’ financial records, preparing them for successful ERP migrations while maintaining accuracy and compliance at every step. You will drive the timely migration of two companies by 12/31/25, and then oversee ongoing accounting, payroll, and tax processes to support reliable, data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate combines deep technical accounting expertise with strong attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is excited to build scalable financial processes for a growing logistics technology organization.

Responsibilities

*Clean up newly acquired companies' books in preparation for ERP migration

*ERP migration of 2 companies

*Recurring accounting, payroll, and tax tasks

Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree

*5 years of Accounting experience in US-based companies

*Expertise with Sage Intacct

*Expertise with NetSuite

*Experience working in auditing

*Ability to handle a large amount of data, keeping close attention

*Available to work during US time

*Available to start working immediately

*Long-term contract
