Order Fulfillment Specialist
The Order Fulfillment Specialist supports daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and kitting for a customer account that requires strict attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders within defined timelines
- Perform kitting, labeling, bundling, and light assembly according to detailed customer specifications
- Verify quantities, SKUs, lot numbers, and packaging configurations before shipment
- Prepare outbound shipments for parcel carriers and palletized freight
- Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to complete picks, confirmations, and shipping documentation
- Maintain organized work areas and follow established warehouse and safety procedures
- Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with counts, quantities, and inventory data
- Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse equipment
- Ability to follow written processes and customer-specific work instructions
- Basic computer skills and ability to work within a warehouse management system
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Someone who double-checks their work and takes ownership of accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where quality matters
