What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Bookkeeper position at CX PHARMA LLC?

Our friendly office which is based in Hollywood, requires an Office Assistant with bookkeeping experience to support the Managers of the Company. This is a Full Time position, starting as soon as possible.
Hours will be from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 12.00pm on Friday's. Initial pay will be $20.00 per hour.
To join our team, you MUST BE bi-lingual (English/Spanish), with excellent written and verbal skills in both languages. You MUST have experience with Quickbooks for MAC accounting software.
Other essential requirements include strong Apple MAC computer skills (Excel, Word, and Power Point), have the ability to pay close attention to detail, have well developed organization skills, and have an abundance of common sense, and be able to demonstrate all of these skills.
