CX Mortgage is a fast-growing, multi-state mortgage brokerage seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support our high-producing team.
This is a key role focused on keeping loan files organized, moving efficiently, and delivering a great client experience from application to closing.

Responsibilities:
Assist Loan Officers with loan files from application through closing
Collect and review borrower documentation
Communicate with clients, Realtors, processors, and underwriters
Ensure files are complete, accurate, and on schedule
Track loan progress and follow up on conditions
Maintain organization across multiple files at once
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail (critical for success in this role)
Mortgage experience preferred but not required
