CWWC is seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Maker with a strong background in carpentry and woodworking to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and has experience building high-quality, custom cabinetry and wood products from start to finish.
This role involves interpreting designs, selecting materials, fabricating components, and assembling custom cabinets and related woodwork to exact specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson.
- Build custom cabinets, furniture, and millwork from drawings, plans, or verbal specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and wood-related materials
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists
- Install hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, and specialty fittings
- Sand, prep, and assist with finishing as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other craftsmen
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cabinetry making, woodworking, or other millwork
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and joinery
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings
- Proficiency with table saws, jointers, planers, routers, and other shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Working Conditions/Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required
