Job Description
We are currently looking for outside sales representatives and account executives that have a background in outside sales, B2B, and business development. If you are in sales and are confident in your sales abilities, then this opportunity may be for you. Our Sales Representatives direct 2-3 sales leads daily with owners of small to medium-sized businesses with the goal of showing them the benefits of the office equipment and solutions we provide.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision. He or she must demonstrate strong communications skills; in particular strong listening skills with the ability to uncover the real challenges the client is facing with his accounting and/or payroll services. The successful candidate also displays an outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, I.T. Managers, presidents and CEO’s. He or she must possess a strong work ethic and sense of integrity, be professional, upbeat, enthusiastic, dependable and honest.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in outside sales.
All candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, be able to identify prospective business opportunities and close the sale. Superior negotiation, organizational, presentation, prospecting and time management skills are key to success in this role. All representatives are expected to maintain client relationships utilizing company provided technology and resources.
