The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Project Manager with DOT paving experience to join our Pensacola operations. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to take ownership of high-profile roadway and infrastructure projects while preparing for the next step in their leadership career.
You’ll oversee project execution from bid award through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are consistently met. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of assigned paving and roadway projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations.

- Oversee project documentation, cost control, and change management.
- Maintain strong relationships with DOT representatives and key stakeholders.
