What are the responsibilities and job description for the Route Supervisor position at Cwpm Llc?
As a Commercial Route Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting frontline operations
and maintaining CWPM’s commitment to safety, service excellence, and employee development.
You will work closely with our drivers and operations team to ensure efficient route execution,
compliance with all safety standards, and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new employees by providing tools, instruction, and ongoing feedback for
success.
Conduct daily check-ins with new frontline employees to ensure smooth integration.
Coach, mentor, and support employees to enhance performance and promote career
growth.
Lead by example in safety practices and enforce compliance with all safety protocols.
Conduct investigations of workplace incidents and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DOT documentation.
Audit route operations and follow up with corrective or improvement actions as needed.
Visit customer sites to assess service quality and address safety or operational concerns.
Collaborate with management to improve route efficiency, reduce downtime, and
enhance customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficient with route management systems and documentation
