The Opportunity
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be more than just support—you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager, learning what it takes to run a store as if it were your own. You’ll lead by example, inspire the team, and take ownership of key areas of the business. This role is designed for leaders-in-the-making who want to build the skills, confidence, and experience to step into full store leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and achieve business targets.
- Take ownership of specific store functions—operations, merchandising, scheduling, or team development.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Step in to run the store when the Store Manager is away.
- Learn to manage payroll, shrink, and compliance with a business-owner mindset.
- Build leadership skills that prepare you to become a Store Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- High school education or equivalent.
- 2 years of retail or supervisory experience.
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit—you’re eager to learn and ready to take ownership.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
