Location: Oxford, MS (home base) | Travel 1–2 days/week to Jackson-area (Flowood Madison)
Overview
We’re hiring an Oxford-based leader to run our Oxford location day-to-day and drive performance across two Jackson-area locations. This is a boutique fitness franchise role—not a big-box gym. Growth comes from community, referrals, partnerships, conversion discipline, and retention.
Success Metric (Non-Negotiable)
- Net 15 members/month per location (after terminations)
Responsibilities
- Lead Oxford location operations and team execution
- Run weekly KPI cadence across all 3 locations (leads → shows → closes → net growth → terminations)
- Coach sales behaviors, follow-up discipline, and conversion process
- Drive retention systems (at-risk saves, community touchpoints, referral engine)
- Support local partnerships/events within franchise standards
- Develop and hold leaders accountable to scorecards and behaviors
What this role is NOT
- Not a babysitting/facilities-only role
- Not a big-box “discount and sell volume” playbook
Compensation
- Base: $60,000–$75,000
- Bonus: $10,000–$25,000 (performance-based)
- Travel reimbursement/stipend included
