What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaner - Part Time Evenings position at CWD Building Services?
CWD is looking to fill a part time janitorial position in the Franklin/Middletown area. This position is roughly 15-20 hours per week in the evenings after 5:30pm. Applicant would be responsible for preforming basic janitorial duties within various office settings. Attendance and a high quality of work are essential for this position.
Hours:
Monday - Friday
5:30pm-9:30pm
Benefits
- $16.00 per hour starting pay
- $100 bonus after 60 day perfect attendance.

Responsibilities:
- General janitorial duties: Dusting, trash, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning/stocking restrooms, etc.
- Working within a crew or alone
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
