Book Appointments, Schedule Inspections, Order materials for projects, Client call backs

Morning Check voicemails, emails, central station report for service trouble daily

Filing Permits, Preparing Contracts

Receive Mail & Packages at office

Check on Team employees

Client Payment Collections, Document Collection from clients

Experience with Client relationships, collecting payment, computer software, Microsoft Outlook.

Background check for Security/Alarm Systems client file access

Beautiful Clean Office space, full amenities, large parking alot
