Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Burleson, TX, for a CAD Technician specializing in the oil and gas industry. The CAD Technician will prepare detailed technical drawings, adhere to CAD standards, and utilize advanced drafting software tools such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Responsibilities include the preparation, modification, and review of drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD Standards and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Experience with Technical Drawing and producing accurate, detailed drafts
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its practical applications
- Strong skills in Drawing review and modification processes
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to project specifications
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Burleson, TX
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry projects is a plus
- Associate degree or certification in drafting, design, or a related technical field preferred
