Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Technician located in Marathon County, WI. The Installation Technician will perform installations and service calls daily at various client locations. The technician will work with audio and video equipment and ensure all systems are set up and functioning properly before leaving the job site.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and cabling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to satisfy customer needs and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in satellite installation, construction, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with audio and video systems is a plus
- Must have a smart phone
- Clean background check
