The role will support investment sales and capital advisory transactions by conducting financial analysis, market research, valuation support, and preparing client presentations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial real estate, financial modeling, and capital market dynamics. Key Responsibilities - Support execution of capital market transactions across office, industrial, retail, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use asset classes. - Build and maintain financial models, investment analyses, and cash flow projections. - Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking to support client mandates. - Assist in preparing investment memorandums, pitch books, valuation reports, and client presentations. - Analyze property financial statements, lease agreements, operating performance, and investment metrics. - Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders, legal advisors, and internal teams throughout transaction execution. - Support due diligence processes and data room management. - Track capital market trends, investment activity, and macroeconomic indicators affecting the real estate sector. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analysis and reports while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in real estate advisory, capital markets, investment banking, valuation, corporate finance, or transaction advisory. - Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a client-focused environment. Preferred Qualifications - CA/ MBA (Finance) or CFA Level I (preferred). - Exposure to commercial real estate transactions and investment analysis. - Knowledge of Argus Enterprise or other real estate financial analysis tools is an advantage.
