Role Description This full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role is based in Berlin, CT. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting project teams with documentation and data entry. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing contracts, reports, and correspondence; maintaining physical and digital files; and assisting with invoicing and basic recordkeeping. The role will support executives and managers with calendar management, travel coordination, and follow-up on action items. The Administrative Assistant will also greet visitors, coordinate office supplies and services, and help ensure smooth communication between field staff, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up support.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with digital records and basic spreadsheets.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
