Key Responsibilities
1.Manage employee relations and ensure HR policy compliance.

5.Collaborate with COEs on compensation, talent acquisition, and development.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
2.5 years of HR experience, preferably in tech, IT, or consulting.
3.Strong understanding of HR practices and US labor regulations.
4.Proactive, adaptable, and able to influence decisions.
