Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vascular Sonographer based in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations, preparing patients for procedures, performing and analyzing ultrasound results, and collaborating with physicians to support accurate diagnoses. The Vascular Sonographer is expected to contribute to maintaining high standards of care in the IAC Accredited Vascular Lab.
Qualifications
- Certification RVT OR RVS eligable
- Proficiency and experience in vascular ultrasound and vascular testing
- Knowledge of vascular and the ability to work closely with vascular surgeons
- Familiarity with abdominal and peripheral vascular imaging and related medical procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and attention to detail
