Full-Time & Part-Time | Day and overnight shift available

What You’ll Do
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes promptly
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, leadership, and families
- Support and guide nursing assistants and care staff
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation
- Deliver person-centered, compassionate care every shift

What We’re Looking For
- Current NYS LPN License (Required)
- Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
