We are seeking a patient-focused, clinically driven, and team-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our district team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding patient care and medication counseling.
- Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions.
- Administer immunizations and promote preventive health services.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, Washington State Board of Pharmacy regulations, and all applicable laws.
- Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Support pharmacy workflow optimization and operational excellence.
- Lead and coach pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Meet clinical, quality, and customer service expectations.
- Promote medication adherence, wellness programs, and patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.

Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in Washington State in good standing.

- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, clinical services, and patient care programs.
