- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication intake and administration for patients in acute care settings.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices to support effective communication within the team.
- Document medication orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Support critical care initiatives by managing inventory levels and ensuring the availability of essential medications.
- Participate in patient care activities, including monitoring patient responses to medications and reporting any adverse effects.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or long-term care (LTC) pharmacy setting.
