- Maintain the deliverables calendar and requirements tracker
- Monitor upcoming deadlines and collect inputs from workstream leads
- Help ensure required materials move through the established review and submission process
- Maintain organized records of submissions, Government feedback, approvals, action items, and supporting documentation
- Assist with recurring reports, meeting materials, and other program requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Ability to oversee confidential information professionally
