Overview
KFO Family Office is seeking a dynamic Strategic Speaker & content creator to headline and produce high-impact thought leadership for our monthly events supporting three specialized NGO platforms: VANGUARD (Defense, Policy, Intelligence programs), 10B Minds (AI, Education & Creativity), and Shevet supporting healthcare innovation between U.S.–Israel, all under KFO’s philanthropic arm.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong public presence, those who speak professionally, create engaging content, and maintain an established audience on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, or media networks.
You will deliver keynote discussions, fireside conversations, and filmed content activated through KFO’s private events, donor briefings, and partner summits.
These sessions support KFO’s expanding footprint in national security, AI innovation, impact investing, global partnerships, and cross-border policy alignment.
Your work will anchor the energy, tone, and intellectual direction of monthly assemblies leading into KFO’s major March Gala.

Position — Strategic Speaker & Content Creator
As a Speaker & Content Creator for KFO Family Office, you will produce and present compelling content aligned with our three NGO sectors leading up to monthly events & sell tickets with KFO online campaigns:
VANGUARD (Defense, Intelligence, Policy)
Topics may include national security, intelligence work, government policy, counterterrorism, cyber defense, or global threat landscapes.
10B Minds (AI, Education, Creative Economy)
Topics may include generative AI, consciousness & creativity, future-of-work, AI in education, or the intersection of AI and the arts.
SHEVET (U.S.–Israel Relations, Healthcare & Diplomacy)
Topics include cross-border healthcare innovation, U.S.–Israel relations, diplomacy, resilience, and humanitarian strategy.
Your content will be used across:
• Monthly high-level dinners
• Private intelligence briefings
• Donor and investor salons
• Filmed content activations
• Panel discussions and fireside chats
• Media releases for NGO announcements and pilot program visibility
This role allows you to shape public narrative, influence elite audiences, and support KFO’s strategic communications during a major growth year.

Responsibilities
• Deliver keynote speeches, fireside chats, or panel sessions at monthly KFO events
• Produce short-form and long-form content (video, scripts, educational segments) aligned with event themes
• Collaborate with KFO leadership to shape messaging for either Vanguard, or 10B Minds, and or Shevet (depending on your background)
• Create compelling intellectual frameworks for donor, partner, and investor engagement
• Support ticket-selling initiatives by leveraging personal networks, audience reach, and content influence
• Participate in KFO’s coordinated social media campaigns, including cross-collaboration with internal media teams for pre-event hype, event-day content, and post-event visibility
• Assist in developing digital campaigns designed to convert audiences into event attendees and donor prospects
• Participate in pre-event briefings and contribute to event run-of-show
• Provide insights for media, digital content, and strategic communications
• Represent KFO Family Office with professionalism, charisma, and subject-matter authority
• Maintain discretion and judgment while speaking on sensitive or high-level topics

Qualifications
• Demonstrated public speaking experience (conferences, summits, panels, media, or academic forums)
• Strong communication ability with high-stage presence
• Established following on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or equivalent platforms
• Expertise in one or more of the following:
– National security, defense, intelligence
– Artificial intelligence, technology, education, or creativity
– U.S.–Israel relations, diplomacy, or healthcare innovation
• Ability to create short-form content quickly and professionally
• Experience with filmed content, interviews, or moderated discussions
• High professionalism and comfort working with elite audiences (FOs, UHNWIs, policymakers)
