- Maintain accurate records within loan processing systems

- Support funding timelines by responding promptly to documentation requests

Qualifications:Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing, document processing, auto finance, or similar financial services role
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong phone and professional email communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Previous automotive industry or auto finance experience
