* Professional Servers- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining, high volume. Must be able to lift at least 30 lb. Bi-lingual is a plus. Experience in wine and fine food a plus. Strong customer service experience.
* Food runners and Expo -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
* Experienced Bartenders -- Minimum 1 years experience. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Mixology experience a plus. Bi-lingual is a plus for all FOH positions.
* Bussers -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
* Silverware Polisher positions -- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
* Cashiers -- Minimum 1 year experience. Strong customer service experience.
* Host/Hostess -- Minimum 1 year experience. Strong customer service experience and able to connect with customers.
* Hot and Cold Kitchen Cooks: (Rotisserie chicken experts, sautéed, wok, fryer, hot/cold prep, sushi and ceviche experts) -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
* Dishwashers -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
