Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, systems, and products using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities
- Conduct engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and fluid flow calculations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and procurement
- Prepare engineering documentation, drawings, and technical reports
- Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product or process issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required)
- 0–5 years of experience (internship or co-op experience a plus)
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Familiarity with GD&T, FEA, or simulation tools (ANSYS a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a plus

- CNC Machine Programming
Pay: $65,000 - $85,000 annual
