We're looking for a creative video content creator to produce engaging short-form videos for our social media channels. If you live and breathe social media, know what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn ideas into videos that actually get watched — we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Develop content ideas that align with our brand voice and marketing goals
- Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats — and know which ones are worth jumping on
- Write hooks, captions, and on-screen copy that drive engagement
- Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns and content calendars
- Track performance and use insights to improve what we make next
What we're looking for
- A portfolio or reel showing videos you've created (this matters more than a resume)
- Strong editing skills in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
- A good eye for framing, lighting, pacing, and sound
- Comfort being on camera or directing others who are
- Understanding of what performs on each platform — and why
- Self-starter energy: you can take a loose brief and run with it
Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics or animation
- Photography skills
- Previous experience creating content for a brand or business
