Our stellar Manufacturing team is currently looking to hire a full time Technician in our Jupiter, FL Office. This person will be a key player in the assembly of CV Technology products and their attention to detail will ensure the continuation of upholding our high standards. Key Responsibilities
- Performs a wide range of skilled repetitive mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects.
- Assembles, modifies, reworks, and/or reassembles production components utilizing drawings, pick tickets, process documentation, and/or verbal instructions.
- Prepares and utilizes basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler, solder iron, clamp machine, heat gun, vise, solder pot, crimpers, pinning machine, and automatic wire strippers.
- Identifies wires with use of basic color code sequence.
- Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of all applicable safety regulations and considerations.
- Completes required paperwork and documentation for shipping, maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Places merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts, box trucks, and pallet jacks for large goods.
- Inspects shipping containers to ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
- Assembles daily orders by shipping location or any other shipping categories
- Performs light facility maintenance tasks, including:
- Replacing HVAC filters
- Basic plumbing (e.g., unclogging drains, tightening fixtures)
- Minor electrical support (e.g., replacing bulbs, assisting with minor repairs)
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work environment.
- Adheres to all applicable safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to identify colors.
- Experience operating forklifts is required (certification preferred).
- Experience driving a box truck is required.
- Experience with basic facility maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Ability to read and understand work instructions safety requirements, and assembly drawings.

- Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
- Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Continually work near moving mechanical parts specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used.
