Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned departments, supporting leaders and staff in all aspects of employee relations.
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on performance management, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Leadership, and HR teams to deliver data-driven insights and workforce solutions.
- Facilitate regular meetings with department leaders to proactively address engagement, retention, and compliance issues.
- Partner on HR initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational culture and operational efficiency.
- Support change management, organizational design, and talent development efforts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- SHRM-CP required (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- 5 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare or other complex, regulated environments preferred.
- Familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
