Senior Accountant (Direct Hire)

Location: Lake Oswego, OR

Schedule: Primarily onsite with some potential flexibility (TBD)

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 DOE

Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years of public accounting experience is the ideal profile.
• Lease accounting (ASC 842) experience is highly preferred.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA is a major plus.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and journal entry experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Professional, polished communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process for lease-related accounting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Manage lease accounting under ASC 842, including modifications, reassessments, and terminations.
• Prepare financial analyses and variance explanations for leadership.
• Support annual audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Asset Management, and FP&A.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to special projects.
