What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong technical accounting foundation
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close
- Experience with revenue recognition, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Background in professional services, technology, or other complex, fast-paced environments preferred
- CPA, public accounting, or experience supporting a public-company transition is a plus
- Exposure to ERP implementations, process improvements, or accounting automation preferred
- A proactive, hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems, building processes, and taking ownership
