Must-Haves
- Experience processing payroll for 1,300 employees across multiple states
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with ADP (Workforce Now strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience preparing payroll-related journal entries and reports
- Familiarity with multi-department collaboration and wage/hour compliance
