About the Role
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to support and scale our direct-to-consumer business. This role is a critical connector across teams—serving as a liaison between Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Customer Experience, and the C-suite to ensure our ecommerce initiatives are executed smoothly and strategically.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and deeply familiar with Shopify. You’re comfortable translating data, priorities, and technical details into clear insights and action plans for both creative teams and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify ecommerce platform, including product launches, collections, content updates, and site merchandising
- Act as a central point of communication between internal departments and executive leadership on ecommerce initiatives, timelines, and performance
- Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling are accurately executed on site
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Operations to maintain accurate product data, pricing, inventory visibility, and fulfillment readiness
- Monitor site performance and ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue, traffic, etc.) and communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, site functionality, and overall shopping experience
- Coordinate with external vendors or developers as needed for Shopify apps, enhancements, or troubleshooting
- Support strategic planning by preparing reports, summaries, and recommendations for leadership and C-suite presentations
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of ecommerce experience, preferably within an apparel or consumer brand
- Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store (required)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to or collaborating with senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating between creative, technical, and business teams
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
